Tekko Autopilot

Your inventory posts itself.

Autopilot is the productized shape of a pipeline already running in production: inventory in, a month of Instagram content out, with nobody watching a publish button. It is not a shipping product yet. Walk the loop below, then talk to us about early access.

The pipeline

Six stages, one loop.

Click a stage, or tab to it and press Enter, to see what happens there. The loop walks itself every few seconds until you take control.

Stage 1 of 6 · Inventory sync

Every run starts by reading the shop's own source of truth: a Shopify catalogue, a Tekko Bench inventory, or a spreadsheet used as one. No one re-types a product list into a separate marketing tool.

Inputs

The shop's store or inventory system (Shopify Admin API, Bench catalogue export, or a maintained sheet).

Outputs

A normalised product feed: SKU, price, photos, and availability, ready for the next stage.

From the real build. This is the same sync that runs daily against ReWrist's live Shopify catalogue and Rekord Room's inventory. Nobody exports a CSV by hand.

Why this exists

Small shops die on manual posting long before they die on demand. Photo editing, copywriting, video, and a daily schedule across three post formats is a full-time job on top of the job of actually running a shop.

The owner becomes the bottleneck. The moment they get busy with orders, repairs, or life, the feed goes quiet, and a quiet feed on Instagram reads as a shop that closed. Autopilot exists so the feed keeps running whether or not anyone remembers to post that day.

We are not describing a plan. This exact loop runs today, in production, for two shops we own and operate: ReWrist, a watch shop, and Rekord Room, a vinyl shop. Autopilot is that pipeline, made available to other shops.

Early access

Autopilot is a concept preview, not a purchasable product yet. We are looking for a small number of shops to run it against next, tuned to their own catalogue and posting cadence. If a quiet Instagram feed is costing you sales, join the waitlist and we'll talk it through.
