A vintage and pre-owned luxury watch shop carrying around 270 watches across two curated collections.
The storefront markets itself: carousels, stories, and reels post on a daily schedule without anyone touching a publish button.
The problem
Running a small luxury shop at a professional Instagram cadence is a full-time job by hand. Photo editing, copywriting, video, and scheduling across three formats would eat hours every day.
ReWrist needed the whole pipeline automated: raw photos in, published content out, with nobody watching the clock.
How it runs
What we built
A Shopify storefront with two themed collections, custom metafields, and a Google Sheet as the single source of truth for inventory.
A batch product pipeline that reads the sheet and writes listings, pricing, images, and tags to Shopify through the Admin API.
An AI photo pipeline: subject masking, background and exposure work, and auto-cropping to feed and story formats for every image.
A duplicate-detection step that removes near-identical frames before anything uploads.
Three scheduled Instagram workflows (carousels, stories, reels) on randomised daily windows, each maintaining its own dedup tracking committed back to the repository.
Cinematic reel generation straight from still photos, with AI-written narration captions and matched preview audio.
Notable engineering
Broadcast-quality video from static photos. Pan-and-zoom, crossfades, and upscaling turn a single product still into a 30-second reel with no video shoot involved.
Near-zero-cost AI subject masking, with an automatic fallback so a failed mask never blocks a post.
Stateful automation with no server. Every workflow tracks its own history in a file committed back to the repository, so each run is stateless to invoke but cumulative over time.
Price-tier segmentation across the catalogue so reel content stays varied instead of repeating the same handful of pieces.
