Your inspectors already hold the only hardware they need. Tekko Inspect puts the whole inspection on the phone: claim the item, run the checklist, attach photos, give the verdict. Every inspection becomes a public evidence report you can send the moment a refund is disputed.
Inspect is the productized version of software we built and run in production: Time and Me, a returns-authentication vendor working under an Amazon watch contract, runs its entire inspection desk on it. Their pieces are now inspected in 40% of the timethe old scanner-and-spreadsheet flow took.
The flow it replaces

Verdicts that catch fraud
Restock and grade decisions sit next to the ones that save you money: wrong item, counterfeit swap, empty box. Fraud verdicts are marked distinctly on every screen and every report, so the pattern is visible instead of buried in a spreadsheet column.
Every verdict generates a tamper-evident report with a hash-derived number and a QR code. If a report is ever revoked, it stays visible and is clearly marked. Nothing quietly disappears.
