We are small, on purpose.
Tekko is not hiring right now. That is not modesty, it is the actual size of the studio today: deliberately small, with every engagement shipped and operated by the people who designed it. When that changes, this page will say so plainly, with a real role attached, not a generic listing kept up for appearances.
How we work
- Everything we ship runs in production, not a staging environment nobody checks. See the receipts at /work.
- Small surface area on purpose: fewer handoffs, fewer meetings about meetings, and whoever touches a system owns it end to end, including the pager.
- We would rather ship a plain, working version this week than an impressive one next quarter. See how we work for the longer version.
